Mary, Margaret and Anna supply their creative genius to a wide range of exceptional bespoke cakes, specializing in Weddings. Using a number of the finest flavours and ingredients, from marzipan to Belgian chocolate ganache, a cake can be designed and coloured to suit any theme or style of celebration.
In addition to the aesthetic elegance of the two to five tier creations, no sacrifice is made for the delicious substance, which can be Mary’s secret family recipe for rich fruit cake or, for a lighter touch, a selection of sponges. All cakes are vegetarian friendly and others can be arranged for vegans and those with a gluten intolerance.
